It is with deep sadness that I need to inform you that I am retiring from the practice I began back in 1983 effectively immediately. The realities of the corona virus have made the practicing of dentistry for me untenable. This was a very difficult decision to come to grips with, but after consultation with my physician I have decided it is prudent for myself and my family.
After the sale of the practice to Dr. Carrie Reddish 5 years ago, I decided to remain on because the long standing relationships I had made with many of you was extremely important to me. I was not prepared to give that up. Unfortunately, Covid has forced me to give such a quick notice of retirement and for that, I am deeply sorry.
When a vaccine becomes available in the future I hope to continue dentistry part time on Martha’s Vineyard.
I wish you all the very best and please know it has been a pleasure and on honor treating many of you for these 37 years.
As always, please feel free to reach out to me with any of your concerns.
