Carrie Reddish, DMD, PC has been practicing general dentistry in Needham since 2005. Dr. Reddish has owned the practice since 2015, offering the highest level of dental medicine and compassionate care for adults and children in Needham and surrounding towns.

Dr. Reddish received her undergraduate degree from Stonehill College and then attended Tufts University School of Medicine. She was awarded her doctorate in 2001. Dr. Reddish is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dr. Reddish is active in the Needham community where she lives with her husband, Jim and their three children. She has been on the Board of the Needham Community Council since 2017 and was elected to the BID-Needham Board of Advisors in 2019.

We appreciate your trust in our dental practice as your dental care provider and wanted to inform you of a change we are in the process of making regarding Delta Dental. This information is important for current Delta Premier Plans and also for those of you who might be planning to change dental coverage in the next coming weeks.

After years of careful consideration, we have made the decision to leave the Delta Dental Premier network. This change will be effective as of April, 12, 2024. We understand that this may raise questions and concerns, so we want to provide you with some important information.

While we will no longer be a part of the Delta Dental Premier network, we will continue to provide the same high-quality dental care you have come to expect from us. We believe that this decision will allow us to focus more on your individual needs and deliver personalized care without the constraints of the network.

It is important to note that if you have a Delta Dental insurance plan, you CAN still receive your dental care at our practice. We will continue to submit your claims to Delta Dental on your behalf for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider and Delta Dental will pay you, the patient, directly.

We understand that insurance matters can be complex, and our team is here to assist you in understanding the changes and how they may affect your coverage. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We are committed to working closely with you to maximize your insurance benefits and make the transition as smooth as possible.

The decision to leave the Delta Dental network was not made lightly and was based on several factors that we believe will ultimately benefit our patients:

  2. Enhanced Flexibility: Being out of network allows us greater flexibility in the services we can offer and the treatment options we can provide. This will help us to deliver the best possible care and explore treatments that may not be covered under network guidelines.
  3. Improved Communication: We can communicate more directly with our patients about their treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage without third-party interference. This transparency is essential for patients to make informed decisions about their dental care.
